Recovery plans for the Belvedere Group

Belvedere is an international group engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of renowned brands of strong alcohols such as Vodka Sobieski, Krupnik Vodka, William Peel, DANZKA, or Marie Brizard. The Group is present on the European, North American, South American and Asian markets.

Polish market of strong alcoholic beverages was the scene of a cut-throat competition, with little for margin increase. Sales were rising but the Group’s EBITDA was negative. The key challenge was the huge debt burden. The Commercial Court of Dijon approved the terms proposed by the seven subsidiaries regarding the restructuring of their debt.

Eight International team provided services related to the monitoring and reporting of requirements, that have been imposed on a company by the recovery process administrator.
